Redmi Note 10S users have got the MIUI 14 new build in MIUI V14.0.5.0.TKLINXM for beta testers. Within a week it will be released to Public users then you can update it with choose update package.
As you can see in the above screenshot that this update comes with September 2023 Security patch which is an updated patch. This update is released on 11th October for beta testers so you have to wait till 18th October for Public release.
