HyperOS – Unlock bootloader now in any Xiaomi device

Xiaomi HyperOS is available in many devices now as rollout is started from December 2023 and almost 80+ devices have received the upgrade. After updated to HyperOS, users are unable to unlock the bootloader as “Couldn’t add, apply in community” error is showing, so here official way is out to fix this for any Xiaomi devices. If you are using China, Global or any other official stock ROM, so you can easily remove this error now. So, lets check how to remove this error and how we can unlock the bootloader.

HyperOS Bootloader – Unlock now

HyperOS gives us many features but it sends us error in unlocking bootloader and due to this Mi Unlock tool shows error. So, here solution is available to fix that, you just need an Android device if you want to solve the issue in your Xiaomi devices. If you have Redmi Note 13 5G Series so you will see new error “System is being upgraded” which doesn’t allow us to add account and device in the Mi Unlock status. You can solve this issue too by applying for Unlock bootloader program.

After clicking on Unlock bootloader, you will get access to unlock the bootloader till 30th January 2025, after doing this, go to Settings < Additional Settings < Developer options < Turn on OEM unlocking < Mi Unlock Status; to get Added successfully message. After seeing this, just use Mi Unlock tool to unlock the bootloader.

You need Xiaomi community latest version to apply for getting Access of Unlocking Bootloader and Mi Unlock tool to start unlocking. As you can see in the above pic, that we have got access for 1 year, and after a year we have to apply again for getting access.
