Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 14 CIVI in India. This device features the latest system on a chip (SoC) and operating system (OS). It’s the first CIVI series phone available in India and is only being released in India and China. There are no plans for a global version of this device, making it exclusive to these two regions.
Xiaomi 14 CIVI – Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 CIVI has a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1400 nits. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. It runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with an Adreno 735 GPU. It comes with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone operates on Android 14.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP portrait telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. The front camera system features two 32MP cameras, one main and one ultrawide.
The device is powered by a 4700mAh battery and supports 67-watt fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6 and 5, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and dual stereo speakers. The phone has a metal frame, weighs 177 grams, and is 7.4mm thick.
